Loft type housing located in a former commercial premises in which a complete renovation of the interior will be carried out, including updating the structure and facade.

We considered as the basis of the proposal the importance of maintaining open spaces with well communicated environments, full of light and inspired by Nordic design. A great challenge, since we wanted each area to have its own identity and, as a whole, to convey a sense of homogeneity and spaciousness.

The living area is located next to the large glass window on the facade, allowing plenty of natural light to reach it and making it a large open space. The bedroom is located in the background with less natural light, but also has great amplitude. Both are separated by an enclosure of great presence without neglecting the harmony of the design, as it allows the passage of light through its textured glass.

Inside the bedroom, we have a half-height wall that divides the dressing room and bathroom from the rest of the room. The plus of style: two hanging mirrors from the ceiling to this half-height wall to finish dividing the spaces. As for the floor, we have proposed to make a continuous floor for the entire space, very light, on top of the built structure.
